We started with a vision of creating India’s Biggest and most Fun Career Discovery Platform and we would like to share our journey so far.

We are an experiential platform and we believe in the SEE, LEARN, EXPLORE, MENTOR model to help students and job seekers navigate from CLASSROOM TO BOARDROOM, and discover careers of their passion.

We have classified our offerings under 3 modules 

EXPLORE (for grades 8 to 12)

• Industrial visits to IIT Mumbai (Meeting technology start-ups), Tea Villa(food business) and Green Soles (sustainable manufacturing)
• Future skills workshops on Drones and Internet of things Open workshops and with Witty Kids international School)
• Global career counselling certification to conduct Psychometric assessments to assess the skills, interests, aptitude and learning style of students to help them with career choices.
• One to one counselling sessions to prepare a Career Roadmap

BUILD (For grades 10 to 12)

• Career Library of 40 videos with Top corporate gurus taking us through their day, qualification, skills needed, pros and cons of the job.
• Our very popular RESUME BUILDING sessions which pack in our 15 years expertise for Top Brands
• CAREER TRAILS a very popular student to student mentoring webinar  ( 10 sessions on 10 different careers) ranging from Design, Psychology. IT, Finance, Brand Management, Supply chain

TAKEOFF (For students in Junior College and College)

• Corporate Interface Programs with city colleges like Don Bosco, Sasmira, NMIMS where we got professionals from the industry like JP Morgan to talk of their Career Journeys to help job seekers prepare for the corporate world
• RECRUITERS PSYCHOLOGY programs with city colleges with the real-time simulation of the Interview process of TOP 5 companie

On the Job was founded by Nisha Vora, a passionate Human resource professional.

Nisha comes with 15 years of experience into Recruiting top talent for Blue chip companies with her firm Avenues Consulting (www.avenueshr.com). Nisha has also conducted Campus to Corporate programs in leading city colleges and created platforms for jobseekers and Interns.

Avenues Consulting has also been rated TOP 3 talent partners for Deloitte Consulting.

It was this experience of hiring and campus programs that she decided to help students in their journey of discovering passionate careers and On the Job was born.

On the Job follows an experiential model and along with assessments we offer Corporate Mentoring and Virtual Internship.

With our industry experience, we provide a complete Roadmap to students from Classroom to Boardroom.
